We have what I think our purple Iris in our flower bed. I think they are pretty, but they don't bloom long. I bought me a shovel and some sharp tools to do some work around our yard. If anyone wants to get some of the iris up before I go digging them up then come get them. I will probably wait to after this weekend, because I get bored just sitting around. I might leave a small section of them, but overall I want different flowers.
I was having fun with my tools, because I have called it a wiener chopper offer!! Tad has to sleep with one eye open now. Haha.

I went to my first day of babysitting for Meld. There was two of us to four kids. The youngest was a baby boy about four months or so and the oldest was four. I admit that I was a little surprised by seeing all black kids. The guy who runs the home is black so I hope he is fair in who he chooses to be part of the program. But kids are kids and I had fun.
The babies were the best. There was the little baby and the new walker. I read to him and blew bubbles and got to change his diaper. We did puzzles and coloring and pretend play. And the older boys jumped on my back. It was an hour and half long, but it went by quick. I am not used to people who move so fast, because my clients are slow. But these kids were like lightening. The only thing that I didn't like was the one of the boys used words like dookie and stuff. Ick! I know boys will be boys but I had to tell them that we don't talk that way.
I was hoping to be able to hang out with girls. All, I got was stinking boys. Haha. Only one of the
Mom's said thanks, but that is ok. I did get to see Amiah today for a little while. So, I did get to play with a pretty little girl.

Ewwwww nasty man
I had a new client last night. I was told that I might have been there before to take care of his wife, but she is dead now. As soon as I saw him, I got the impression of I have been here before, but it took a few minutes to remember his wife. It was the beginning of being a caregiver and mostly, I just cleaned for them and did errands.
Well, anyways, I don't work third often, but when I do. There isn't a lot of work. The clients tend to sleep and I check on them and help them go to the potty. Sometimes, it's just about them not wanting to be alone.
But this night was different. This man sleeps in his recliner in the living room. He did everything in his living room. At the beginning of the night, he asked me to leave the room so he could pee in his urinal. I did and he pee'd right at his chair. ewwww right? It get's worse. He is talking all night about a sore on his ass, because he won't get in the bed. His pants are falling down anytime he moves. He kept a wash cloth in his pants to keep his crotch dry. ewwwww He had his hands in his pants all night long. I am not talking about just sitting it there. It was moving!!!! Nasty. He smelled like pee. I know I should have offered to give him a sponge bath, but I feel weird giving them to men and it wasn't something anyone else has been doing.
It get worse. He wanted to sit next to me so we can talk. I guess Titanic made him feel romantic. So, I clear a spot off on the couch and I sit down and then he sits down and he suck so far into the couch and just about sat on me. Then, I had to help him up and put pillows down to make his butt not hurt and he sat again. Now, we are leg to leg.
He barely slept all night. All night, he was dropping stuff and I would have to pick it up. So Gross. Maybe if he would take his other hand off his dick, he wouldn't drop stuff. I know I am cute and all, but come on. I am married and I don't play around. If I did. I sure the hell wouldn't go for a 80 year old man. So gross.
I don't know why, but all I have been getting his men clients. Where are the women? They don't pee in the living room and keep their hands in their pants. And they sure and the hell don't sit on me.
I wonder if I could get in trouble for posting this, but it's not like I use my company's or his name.

Monday, I start babysitting for Meld for an hour and half. It's for ten weeks and then I can decide to continue doing it or not. It's not a job, but something that I just want to do. It could be brand new babies up to maybe four years of age. The parents will be in a parenting class that Meld provides for them. I can't wait to play with some little babies. I would like to start buying them stuff do here and there if I see good deals. We were at the thrift shop and I seen a swing for ten bucks, but it didn't swing. But other than that, it would have been great for a baby. Also, they have lots and lots of used baby clothes for pretty cheap. So, maybe I will start picking up some stuff here and there.
I had to get a new purse, because my strap broke and I picked up a couple more things for my dolls. :) They like new things to ya know? I got to thinking about how I wished I was able to get around to thrift stores to by baby clothes when my sons' were babies. Most of the stuff is in good shape, but you do have to check things to make sure. Babies out grow clothes so fast that they are in good shape.
Well, It's almost 1 am and I should get to bed. I work Sunday 9pm to 5am so, I will have to try to sleep in the afternoon tomorrow. Then, I get my baby fix.

My Dad came over last night. It's the second time, this month that he admitted that his wife tries to get in the way of him seeing his kids. She has been around a really long time, but I don't care for her, but also at the same time, I wouldn't let her stop me from seeing my Dad. I wouldn't choose to not see my Dad if she insists on coming too. But I guess sometime, he doesn't see us, because of all the bitching she does.
I think it's sad. I don't think any parent should let their spouse keep them from their children. Or should children avoid their parents because of a new spouse. Or, should parents avoid their children period.
I got a call from Meld and I start babysitting on Monday night's next week. I am excited. So, at least for the next ten weeks, I will get baby fixes. Also, I can bring Tyler as my helper. For those who don't know what Meld is go here to check them out. They offer support and education to young parents. I am excited to be part of this program.

I learned that I wasn't the first person to think of a bag for Ann. Tad calls them saddlebags. I found one at the pet store and I couldn't pass it up. I put it on her and thought it was so cute. She didn't seem to mind.
I was able to spend some time with Amiah while Tad was babysitting for Amiah. It was so fun hanging out with her. I hope no one judges me for admitting that, while, I love being around Amiah, but it makes me kind of sad. I lost my daughter, Ashley, to adoption and have never really gotten over it. I always thought if I had another daughter that I would feel better, but I had boys. I love my boys. I wouldn't trade them in for a girl, but sometimes when I am around a little girl. I try to enjoy the moment, but sometimes, I have to take a deep breathe and hold the tears in while the neighbor girl pets my dog. It's not like that I want the neighbor girl to be mine, but I want what I lost and I can't get it back. Oh well, enough of that. Now a couple pictures of my working dog.

bike path right before Spring
Do you ever notice how fast it goes from winter to spring. It's almost like boom the leaves are on the trees again. It's something that I love about the changing seasons.
Ann and I walked really far at the bike path. I never walked that far, because mostly it's hot and I get thirsty. I came up with a cool idea. I don't know if it's been invented before but wouldn't it be cool for Ann to have a devise to carry us some water and soda on her back. I could call it my doggy purse!
I took quite a few pictures and I am going to try to do it again in a month and aim to shoot the same pictures and see what the difference in a month. Ann is so good. We were sitting on a bench. Okay, Ann wasn't on the bench, but anyways, all of a sudden the leash wasn't on her and she stayed with me. She didn't run. She is the best dog. It was so cool. On the way, she sat in the seat behind me like she was one of the kids. I couldn't ask for a better dog.
I never walked this far to go under this bridge. It was scary. What if it fell. Tons of cars would fall on us.
Then, I seen this. Doesn't this look like legos holding up the bridge. Be very afraid people.
