We have been getting counseling from a church. Having not come from a family that spoke of God, it's been a little odd to hear someone speak so much of it. The other day, I was really wondering if what he has to say is real and to give me a sign. Well, guess what? The wind picked up, and I was wondering if that was my sign. Today, I looked in the back yard and our apple tree is down. So maybe there is a God and he is pissed!!!! :)

Wow...that's a pretty big sign! I think that one might have been mother nature though, lol. I did not come from a family that spoke of God either, for that matter, the only times we attended church was with friends. My husband was a member of the church we sent our daughter to for Mothers Day Out. They won me over when I lost my job and went to tell them I had to pull my daughter out because we couldn't afford it. They gave me a job that day....it wasn't much, but it meant the world to me at that time. It meant that my daughter could continue to attend for free. I now am a Mothers Day Out teacher at that very Church and my daughter(who's now 13)and I got baptized together last yr.
