Tad, Shadow and I went to the Cherry Vally feed store for the Summer of the dogs event. It was totally free, and free lunch. We got to see a police officer that has his partner as a k9. I don't remember the officer name, but the dog's name was Lex. Lex is a 4 year old German Shepard. He finds drugs and chases bad guys. His work days are 12 hours long, then he goes home with the police officer.
There were animals that were up for adoption, and we were strong. We didn't take any home. There was a big dog name Jake with only one eye. He lost his eye to a infection. He was a strong boy, I took him out on his leash. Well I got to get ready for work. My weekend is over with, I am ready for a vacation again.
